I've got a slight query regarding faces. If I download, say, a Sweden face pack and install into my cv_0 with AFS Explorer, will, for example, Freddie Ljungberg's face also appear on the West Ham version or only the Sweden version?

I guess what I'm asking is, is there only one face for each player (even if the play for two teams, i.e. club and country) or is it set up so there are two separate faces in each team?

All this stuff confuses me!

I checked the files and what format do they go into the cv_0 as?

I've severalformats forfiles such as unamed_1471, faces_1873, hair_2038 etc.

Most have hair and face file but some players only have the one. Any ideas?

So in it's most basic form:

1) Open cv_0 with AFS exploerer
2) import face bins for all faces
3) save cv_0.img and replace the original one

Correct? Will i need to rename the bins as some are names eg "faces_1412 - Crespo" etc?

If you're going to import each .bin individually, you don't need to rename anything. However, if you plan to use the "import folder" function to replace all of the faces in a single batch - you will have to rename all of the files to "unnamed_xxxx.bin". (xxxx is file number)

Cheers for the help. Am in the process of compiling the folder to import choosing best faces from various sources etc and renaming the files ready.

One question I do have though, how do I import faces who aren't on the face list?

The face list runs from 1409 up to 2325 I believe, with hair lists running from 4450 to 5366 (using the add 3041 to face list number for hair number method).

However, some players aren't on the list with faces knocking around for them. Examples are Pato (Milan), Pepe (Real Madrid), Pedersen (Blackburn) etc. They are just a small example, there are many more.

How are these players' faces added if they don't have an unnamed_1409.bin (for example) type file allocated to them?

How does this tool work then?

I downloaded but can't quite figure it out. If I relink, for example, 1411 to Pato and put in Pato's face as 1411, what will appear as Cambiasso's face (who is preset at 1411)?

I think i got it sussed now.

1) Open OF
2) Go to team player is in, e.g. Pato
3) Right click on Pato and select "Open relink editor..."
4) Select empty face slot and double click on it
5) Choose "Yes" on prompt
6) Select empty hair slot and double click on it
7) Select "Yes" on prompt
8) Click "Ok"
9) Automatically generates a "Option File Saved" message

And then do this for each relink? If I relink a hair slot, do I have to input a hair?

Can I use the available slots up from Pienaar at 2325 / 5366?

But if u use GGS or AFS explorer, after that 9 steps u hv done before, open cv_0.img using GGS or AFS. And import the new face

For example: i hv download piotr trochowski face from a source, now i open the ARG editor and relink trochowski face to 1595(jens jeremies face(retired)). then rename trochowski face that i hv download to unnamed_1595.bin. Import the file using GGS or AFS explore, dont forget to make a backup for ur cv_0.img first!!!

its better to use kitserver, it more easier and safer, without using AFS explorer or GGS anymore
