I have a jpeg with my face that i wanted to put in the game, but when it searches it can not find it. how can I fix this?

You can't.

You need PS2 eyetoy (or PS3eye - if it's out yet?)

In player creation, select scan. This will then allow you to take an image of your face.

Warning - it will inevitably look crap. (not a personal comment on you btw!)
