how do u add a new .bin file...say if you want to enable there to be extra faces...for instance the white faces go up to say facew217.bin...how do i add a facew218.bin cant quite figure that out

You can't. You have to overwrite the originals.

Also, i am having problems downloading the primera facepack. Something about this i.p having exceded some limit or other.

please insert beckham bins into other bins (hmm facew085 and hairw085) and set this change in editoptionfile...if You change that transparent will be ok!!
