Use a generic face, make sure it's on the right palette (r is latin skin, w is white, y is asian, k is black) make sure it's not facew204 (example, that's shevchenko's face) and make sure it's on w204 in that case. Then, select player you want the face for, select the right skin, go to face 204, save, done!

First what color is he, then look in ajay's list for a generic face. Put it over a generic face, remember the # you use, then just select it from preset face on the skin color.
color 1-white
color 2-latin
color 3-asian
color 4-black
(2 and 3 may be other way around)

Ok im really confuzed... so ur sayin is I can replace any of the w--- etc.. and that will give simao a preset face?

No. Look in Ajay's list. Do you find Simao? If yes, replace that one, make sure it says face before everything else. If you do NOT find him: Find a generic face, and put the new Simao face in there. Then, find it on the list. If Simao has preset face just replace that one and everything is a-ok.

K I THINK I FOUND SIMAO Looks like him he was on y086.bin thats it. Now what?

1. y086 isn't Simao, it's a Japanese player (perhaps your patch puts him there).
2. Go to afs explorer, find facey086.bin, then right click, click import, find the bin file for his face, select it, then click file>update. Next, open winning eleven, go to edit player, Portugal, Simao, now appearance, head, preset face, skin 2, face 86.
