Hmm... maybe it's because of this:

for example you have a face .bin called y036. Then, in GraphicStudio, you can accidently overwrite the file facey036 instead of y036. That happened to me sometimes.

If this isn't the case, then im afraid i cant help you.

Cisse looks great my dear polak face-maka, but you could loose the red hair...could make it blonde instead. And let me be honest about Baros'. There is something thats not quite right about it, i cant get my finger on it...I think its his lips. Anyway, definitely a significant improvement over the default face. Can we expect a Maxi Lopez face soon? Neovico's is shit, with all due respect.
