Bm1874, I guess you want Naismith, because he won't be IG next year?
You know you can Basecopy him in PES 12, and load him in PES 13.

For example, you give Xavi now the appearance of Naismith, in PES 13 you load all your stuff form PES 12, than you basecopy Xavi (Naismith) to an ''empty'' player. Finally you default Xavi.

BTW, you can do this also with ''Create player'' if you won't sacrifice your Xavi..;)
