Fake players in PESFan v2 Option File

I've just downloaded the wonderful PESFan v2 Option File for the X-Box and have been doing a little updating with some transfers.

I noticed that there's quite a few unregistered players called Fake Lehmann, Fake Figo, etc. How did these players come about? There's already a real Lehmann registered at Arsenal and a Figo at Madrid, etc.

How did these fake players come about? I'm guessing it's safe to delete them?

The maker of the patch may have called them "Fake" as they are probably those players that have doubles.

Load the game without any option file; use the default option file.
Go and check the players of Holland, Germany, Czech Republic. They all have fake players if the players also appear for a licenced club team - where the players are all real. So you can replace the fake national players with their real counterparts but the fakes still exist in the game.

Ok, cool. It appears as though the national teams have real player names too. What I'll do is make a backup of the option file and then try deleting the fake ones.
