Far Cry looks awesome.. it is so pretty even when run on 800 x 600.. you will spend more time looking at scenery than actually playing the game.. that rag doll effects are cool... like for example... i found two dead guys just lying on the next to each other... a few shots from my shotgun later.. they were sharing an intimate moment..

Personally this games to me feels like i am running through a benchmark level.. it is so pretty... it's gameplay is good too... but there are far better games available... i still enjoyed it though...

Gameplay: 8/10
Graphics: 10/10 (well until HL2 hits the shelves)
Sound:8.5/10 (you hear bad dudes yelling out cool things and stuff
Lastability: 8.5/10*

OVERALL SCORE: 8.75/10

(* at the last boss level it had been played by my mates and I for about 10 - 11 hours.. which for a shooter these days is pretty damn long... and.. the graphics... wow.. i spend a lot of time looking at them)

far Cry is INCREDIBLY hard though but beautiful to look at in the procees. prepare to use god mode....

it is hard.. but it is not hard enough to have to use god mode.. and besides... what pleasure would u get from buying a game and using god mode just to be able to finish it... it is hard if u play it like Quake.. but if u play it a little more like theif.. it is not that difficult...

Far cry on PC is brilliant the bestest graphics i have seen on a pc game the game is quality but the levels are too similiar

if u can put up with the console aiming crap.. then get the console for Co-op.. but.. if u have a good PC.. and have mates that also have decent PC's get the PC Version and play through Single player and then LAN with multiplayer...

don't know... but the main thing u want is a mouse.. the X-box aiming thing is retarded.. which is what makes halo so retarded.. and besides halo is average compared to most PC shooters.. but enough about retarded halo..
