I'm on ps3 console and play in top player difficulties.
After four days in a row, i was play more than 80 matches in various mode (especially in master league mode). I just want to share with you guys that my feeling were totally changed for pes2010.
Honestly, when the first time i played to the game, i felt a bit let down, I feel uncomfortable with the gameplay. The main flaws in the game really affect the fluid of the game. The speed of the player move or turning was slow the speed of the player using their favorite foot to shoot or passing ball also very slow, and the passing system very limited, it doesn't provide enough freedom to let the ball go.
But after so many games has been play, finally, i will said that pes 2010 really give the simulation feel and i'm really enjoy and satisfy on that.
With the slow build up play, move around the ball, play in counter attack or fully apply to the new strategic or slider system will really give you the simulation feeling.
When you watch the replay slowly after scoring, you will realize that the animation on pes 2010 just good enough to recall realism or simulation ( i'm not taking the routine animation ). You will never see the player steel step over or unrealistic foot step appear to the game. that's why a lot of fans complaint that it have some low respond to the player when get passing or shooting. But this is the real animation or human move should we know.
The game speed it just perfect ( for me), Crossing absolutely miles far better than any other footie game, the various type of score keep surprising me. Your teamate AI in defense cover your backline so well (must set the suitable sliders).
As we know a lot of loyal pes fans really feel disappointed, But please give it a try, i sure you can get what i mean.
Since, still have a lot of flaws in the game such as bad keeper, lazy referee, old school animation and old school passing system. But i swear....you will still enjoy with the game although some major flaw still remain. If you compare to fifa10, or you must have tried fifa10 like me, i'm sure you also know some old school flaws remain in the game such as RIDICULARS TACKLE ( major flaw which was totally affect the gameplay) , Bad keeper, unrealism ball crossing and more....But still have many and many people bought this game and enjoy with it.
