Each patch is for that particular game. This patch is only for WE8.

The Beginner's guide to patching is here

Use ppf-o-matic3 to apply this patch to the ISO of your WE8 and then burn using Nero/Alcohol 120% etc. Stop asking how to use this patch and read the guides.
