What's New:

- This special release only adds the long awaited Player's names in english without a memory
card and some little improvements/bugfixes/new translations.

As i lost ALL the work done in the past 4 weeks (dont ask me how 'cause im still pissed off),
i tought i could rush and put out this small piece of advance in the patch.



Summary:

- Exhibition = 100%
- Master league = 98% more less (gotta translate more HElp pages)
- Edit Mode = 94%
- Options = 100%
- League Mode = 100%
- Cup Mode = 100%
- Training Mode = 30%
- Formation stuff = 94%

These doenst include Help pages, which are not only difficult but consumes too much time
so that would be the last with training.

* Remember the help pages are not translated and also some had to go to reduce the filesize.*



FAQ:

When you going to release a full 100% version??
When its done/i DONT KNOW... maybe PSE 4 will be available at that time so why bother?

i love this fernando guy... doing a great job.

by the way i've seen some minimization patches around for the slowdown problem in we8. are they a fake or do they really work ??

i personally think the xbox version will be better and there will be no slowdowns, but it is sad that konami didnt release earlier versions the game on the xbox. Its more promissing .. cause the only reason why i got a ps2 is the Winning Eleven 8 series ;)

But, The players names didn't change when I applied this patch. is there any problem?

All the other things work great, but the problem in playername.

what's the problem??

Player names not done by Fernando -yet.
Get the evo-web option file to get all the names in English.
Or use one of the new patches such as Ole or jonboyo's ones - they have menus in English plus English player names too.

hmm...It was all my mistake. I've saved my WE8 option files in my memory card in
which I used past Ferando's english patch.
The solution is to delete old we8-option file. Then, I see the english player names :)

the man who did the same mistake should delete before do we8.

Only thing what i have to do is just Playing WE8-Master league~~ :)

It's quite normal for the links to stop working after a couple of months. You should be able to find this patch at lomungtung. Or just get a full WE8 patch which includes far more updates.
