Exactly! The gameplay is very poor again, the defence is awful and you can pass through the midfield with ease. The goalkeepers leave alot to be desired aswell, too many times i have struck a shot straight at the keeper only for him to palm the ball into his own net. The skill buttons are so fuckin' unresponsive it's untrue and half of them don't even work.

How people dare say that this game is going to challenge PES6 is beyond me, it's just another bad example of how FIFA is trying to immitate the PES gameplay.

hahaha. seems u get as frustrated as i do when i play this game. The dribbling hardly works with the right analog, maybe its more responsive on ps2 or xbox. Able to pull em of in training mode but during games they never do what i want.

Manager mode is what might challenge PES6 but besides that, i guess soundtrack and commentary.

Thats been my problem with fifa over the years! they say they have the best graphics but the players all look like sumos and squashed whereas pes's player models look far more realistic!

o my. they competing with pes5 and still struggling, may have improved but who wants to settle for 2nd best?(which it will inevitably be to pes6) I mean crouch is the same height and build as gerrard, taking away aeriel advantage for the lanky mr crouch. sis on you fifa, you managed to stuff it up, licences and all.

Played the PC demo. Seems like a decent game. Much better than the previous versions for sure.

The graphics look fantastic.

The Manager mode i FIFA is fantastic, but thats the only good thing about the damn game, everything else is just shite!

the manager mode is brilliant but graphics (apart from stadiums) are crap all aspects of editing and the stats but, most importantly the gamplay however much improved is still pathetic in comparison to pes. all i'd take from fifa to put into pes would be the licensing, stadiums and the comentry from clive tildsley and andy gray which i feel is great to what pes is now with brackley and brooking.

The player models are poorly done compared to Pro Evo but everything else is graphically well done.

The FIFA engine is very good and produces some very nice shadows and lighting effects. The Pro Evo engine is completely shite compared to FIFA's.

Yep, pretty much the same thing as what OPS2 said. On friday i'll go and buy it. Shame about having to do a lot of the transfers manually though.

When u go online in fifa 07 it asks you if you want to save the auto updated team rosters all transfers and squad tactics
these are updated every time you connect and will continue to do so until at least after the january transfer window so no manual transfers

i wish same could be said for pes6 when it comes out for xbox360 buy the time ive edited the xbox 360 pes it will be bloody christmas

Having played FIFA 07 just to give it a shot like each year,well the game is good but it lacks in gameplay,in player moves,player models,the way they move in the field is just i don`t know how to say it,it is non realistic,maybe they have achieved major improvements over the last few editions of FIFA but that`s all end of the story.I played WE 10 back in May and i can say that is f*****g incredible the volleys the shots everything is reworked and is more realistic than ever,FIFA is good each year if you want to have a good encyclopedia of soccer,and entertaining yourself just by having a couple of clicks and watching the team/player stats.But if you want to play the real game well then there is only one solution PES anything from the first until the most recent,you are going to understand the difference in the first few moments of your first match.I know where i `ll be spending my money, PES 6!!!!!!

Manager mode is class on FIFA. I liked this FIFA, a lot better then the previous versions, but it still doesn' t challenge PES. I've found a glitch/mistake ( Whatever you like to call them ) in FIFA' s manager mode, I was United and about three quarters away through the season a newspaper article came up. It said SHOCK MOVE: Jens Lehmann moves to Arsenal! My god I cracked up when I saw that. It also happened again later on with Pavel Nedved at Juventus :laugh:.

Oh btw, Bulky players = Unbelievably un-realistic.

played the game and like many of you said its not any different to the previous ones...its a load of crap...all the players run like theyve messed their pants, theres no speed differential between them it just plain sucks
