I felt bad for the two goals last night - the one where my router had a snooze and one against France where I booted the ball over the bar (I'd intended a sliding challenge but the ball went loose) and they scored from the resulting corner. You should see my rating in the Club section, I checked this morning and its 38 or something abysmal like that.

The ratings in there are pretty pointless. I think Badgerman has the highest rating and Fab has a lower rating than me but in reality Badgerman isn't the best player in our squad and Fab is better than me.

Miggy, if Stoke weren't so slow and shit, you would never have won that 1 on 1. How come I had Whitehead in my team by the way? :mellow:

I've started playing with reserves, now. If I'm about to pick a crappy team and my opponent has picked a 5 star team, but then the opponent decides he wants "an even contest" and picks a team on the same level as mine, I select the likes of Barcelona. The opponent will then rush back to Man Utd or Inter. When selecting the line-up, I drop all the stars and put on the teenagers, who are usually rated under 70. When we select Play Match, I don't press start to skip the match opening sequence, so the guy facing me can see I'm about to kick his arse with a team of kids. :smug:

Anyway, for the PS3 Club, Ive had a brief discussion with Phats about a team change. We could each suggest one and then have a final vote, or just however works the best (A poll?). We can always go back to Manchester United if the new team doesnt feel right or we arent getting the best results. I chose England.

I wanted to suggest a team change but as I've only played three games though it was cheeky. Milan faceplm would obviously be a nice choice but there are plenty of others I'd consider.

It seems he was in one of the teams we played against. I guess he either added you because you were good or because he is Italian.

Who sent an invite to Syphermax by the way? It could only be either Andy or Fab as Mark has already said he didn't add them and no-one else has manager status in the club.

Sweey how did you get those goals in from edge of box :tongue:? Some sort of trick you've got there, the bal bounced a good few times before it hit the back of the net, great precision.

I'm chuffed with my assist as Rafael earlier on in the evening Was top stuff, to skin 2 players before supplying Mike with the goal, that was an excellent overhead kick btw

Fab's goal with Carrick gets my vote for Goal of the Night, that was sublime.
