I can see many a injury if that's possible. :lol:
So is everyone buying this on release then? I'm not too sure just yet myself, it's probably going to depend upon the price. I enjoyed FIFA 10 (sold it a month or so ago while I could still make a fair amount of money before FIFA 11 is released), but I'm not sure what the retail prices are set to be. No doubt HMV and the like will be charging £35-40, but realistically I'm hoping a supermarket like Asda will be pricing it at around £28 for it's opening few days like they do with quite a few big game releases. If anyone catches word of this, they'll obviously receive rep and mucho respect.

Last year Asda had FIFA 10 at £25 for like the first week of its release, so I'm guessing (and hoping!) that it'll be £25 again this year.
If it is, I'll let you know pal :thumbsup:
Gonna be a release day buy for me too... Just hope the Asda down the road from me isn't sold out, it's open 24 hours a day :/

EA have just released full FIFA 11 demo details for both console and PC.
Xbox 360 / PS3
Content: One full offline kick-off match, three-minute halves. You’ll be able to upload replay videos to easportsfootball.com (which will be launching with a whole new design on 2nd September).
Release Dates:
SCEA / SCE Asia, Tuesday September 14
SCEE, Wednesday September 15
Xbox, Wednesday September 15
Teams:
Barcelona, Real Madrid, Juventus, Chelsea, Bayer Leverkusen, Lyon
Arena:
Player: Kaka
Goalkeeper: Petr Cech
Stadium:
Arena – South Africa
Game – Santiago Bernabeu

Content: one full kick-off match, four-minute halves. You’ll be able to purchase the game digitally within the demo for the first time (you know, if you like it).

MM has been replaced with Career mode. This is to get rid of all those awful bugs (i think there was 70+). Now when you start career mode you can choose between Be a Pro, Be a player Manager or Manager.

It sounds good but im still a little hesitant as he bigged up MM in 10 and it turned out a pile of shit. But im hoping they really get their ass into gear because career mode is where i like to spend most my time.
But by the looks of it its shaping up to be a good game. Looking forward to the demo.

Apparently gamesmaster review has given Fifa 11 94/100 stating that "its the best football game ever".

Looks good. Means I won't have to toy with tempo settings like I had to on WC 2010. Trezeguet and Diego still at Juventus? I hope this isn't too recent.

Yeah I wondered that too. Barca and Juve are both going to be playable in the demo (which comes out next wednesday for PS3 & 360) so it'll be pretty stupid if EA haven't made a few little player transfers like that. Surely they're not that sloppy? ><
