fifa 2004 same as PES/W11?

Not that I like them or anything. I would love and English version of PES. It will NEVER happen unless it is a patch but I would love it.

I don't have the website where I found this info..but I watched a movie clip of FIFA 2004, and some of the Italian teams, etc don't have kits, something similar to PES2..and the stadiums don't have any commercials like, MCdonald's, etc..just FIFA signs and EA logos
