The only positives anyone is mentioning with regards to fifa are graphics, commentary, career mode depth e.t.c No one is actually praising the game play, which having bought the recent Fifa for the 360, is absolutely appauling. Fifa 07 just looks like the World Cup game, so I won't be wasting anymore money.

Off note, I think that Konami have missed a trick, I think that they should forget about licensing and concentrate more on the career mode etc. whilst including all the teams from as many leagues as possible, giving them they usual madcap names, and instead of making it harder to patch the game, making it easier, so we get to patch it have all the correct names, kits etc. and the excellent gameplay that we love so dearly. I am sure that somebody could develop a program that could export from FIFA to PES making the updating so much easier. Then we would be close to a perfect game!

I see in some of the pics that FIFa has some real boots and balls in 07. What all boots are in there? And does the PRem have the actual ball?


Is the gameplay still crap though?

First off the artwork on the box is great.....the players look shite, player animation is dreadfull and it looks completely unrealistic.

Needless to say though I'm going to give it a shot when it comes out.

the way ronaldinho shoots in that video in the sort of training mode was awful, he didnt move his leg, the graphics do look great but iam not forking out 50 quid for it. Fifa is a good game and i enjoyed playing it on 360 but after a while you realise how poor the game is. Also what was happening with those nets, are they made of metal, fifa never quite managers to make you feel like youre actually envolved in a game of football. Iam not going to judge the game as i havent played it, i would like to give it a try but with the fact that pes is out on the same day i dont think there will be room for fifa in my 360 as the only reason i have bought it in the past is to fill the time untill i get pes.

look, stop bumming fifa. as far as im concerned ea can shove the game up their arse, the gameplay may be diff, but nothin compares to pes in terms of gameplay
