"The "Pro Evolution Soccer" series are coming to an end. That's right. "Konami" has cancelled the release of
"Pro Evolution Soccer 3". Due to poor sales of
"Pro Evolution Soccer 2" "Konami" has decided to scrap the new game.

The evidence is there. If you don't believe me, then just take a look. An employer named, "Alf Fisher from "Konami: Europe" said:

"We had to stop it. It just wasn't selling. "EA SPORTS" has beaten us with titles such "FIFA 2002" & "FIFA 2003". And with "FIFA 2004" just around the corner we can't release "Pro Evolution Soccer 3". If we do we would be commiting suicide. We would lose so much money. You cannot imagine how much. Our estimated sales for "Pro Evolution Soccer 3" are 10,000 copies whereas the estimated sales for "FIFA 2004" are no less than 10,000,000.
Our "Pro Evolution Soccer" games DO NOT SELL. "

Can you remember the same thing but with FIFA instead of PES Zy? It was quite funny, and it looked like an official announcment of EA.

Yeah, that site doesn't work any more. I tried to post a link to it in that site above but it's dead now. Too bad. Looks like some people are getting desperate now that PES3 is almost out.

FIFA 2004 is a steamy chunky log, that'll rely on a massive campaign to make morons go

"Oooh, mummy a game with graphics and no gameplay... YAy1"

Ah well, sucks to be them...

The main issue is licences.

We need to get people to go to all the games shops and offer people a corrected option file for PES3. Any volunteers.....

I seriously think FIFA fans and maybe even EA are shitting bricks in the knowledge that PES3 will take FIFA2004 to the cleaners. If PES3 can stick a picture of a real-life player on the box and have a decent advert on tv then they will be laughing.

Konami has teamed up with FIFA!!!
What a joker this guy is!

By Seb Holmes:-

"EA: SPORTS. It's true. I saw it at a press conference. Someone (I can't mention his/her name due to legal reasons) who works for EA: SPORTS revealed that:

"We have teamed up with Konami: Europe to release a new football game. We felt sorry for Konami: Europe, especially after the cancellation of "Pro Evolution Soccer 3", so we decided to give them some money if they help us make the ultimate football game."

A man named, "Antonio Majicka", who works for
Konami: Europe also made an announcement after EA SPORTS' announcement late last night:

"What you have just heard is true"

EA SPORTS is in charge of the:
gameplay
graphics
data

Konami: Europe is in charge of the:
format

The game will be called: "FIFA Pro Evolution Soccer 2004"
The game is scheduled for release alongside "FIFA 2004" in the beginning of October.
The game will be out for:
1) XBOX
2) Playstation 2
3) GameCube
4) GameBoy Advance
5) PSP
6) The Best Console Ever Made

I will keep you guys informed if I hear any more very vital information.

But until then,

GoodBye"

All together now....
"LOSER!!!" :)

Fifa games suck a big one, they are all about having the most licences and the best graphics. That's all very well but who wants to fork out 40 squid for shit gameplay? The 2 things I hate most about Fifa is the fact you can win all your games about 14-0, even if you are Birmingham playing against Man Utd or Arsenal. The other is the fact you always have a mate that has a copy and whines on that PES2 is shit, just because the teams aren't as up to date. Well sorry for wanting to play passing football, instead of hoofing the ball and bashing buttons like in Fifa.

I'm glad to say that I know no-one who plays fifa any more. Anyone who did has been converted. If any fifa fan complains about lack of licences, showing them a fully patched WE6:FE (and hopefully WE7 soon) they will be in heaven.

I think EA and Konami really should team up. FIFA money for the licenses and graphics (so morons will buy it) and the Konami gameplay and challenge. That would be sweeet. Of course, the game would have to be about 90% Konamified, but still...
