FIFA will thrash PES, says EA

I'll admit Fifa 07 was slightly decent, definitely the best fifa in a while. PES6 was decent aswell, ive not played it as much as i usually do. I used to play PES all year long. Im just hoping konami get this years version right

i got fifa 07 on 360, played it for one month, then traded it in. Happens every year, seems great at first then just becomes predictable. I also got PES6 on 360, gameplay fantastic but lack of options and names really annoyed me. So I bought PES6 on PC for £15 and thought id have a go at patching. Best money I spent!! I now have great gameplay with real HD kits, every team has their own stadium and crowd chants, real balls, sky sports scoreboards and even FIFA commentary with Andy Gray. Took a bit of time to learn how to patch but is definately worth it. I never play PES6 on 360 anymore, which is a shame cos thats what I bought 360 for.

i think the sounds,stadium crowd ect are good and fifa has always had stuff like official chants from the crowd and good stadiums.but the graphics i would say for players are mediocre,no one looks like there counterpart well accept the odd star,everyone is shiny and built like hulk hogan. but like you said it doesnt compare to pes anyways but if pes had more stadiums this time and some good crowd noise,maybe better commentary we would be on the way to another great pes.

I had forgotten about the chants, if Konami could include the chants for each team....but there are other more important things they need to address. It is really unfair, that FIFA signed an exclusive with EA. They do not care about how accurate a football simulator is to the real game, the important thing is the money. Shame on FIFA for not letting the best football game in the planet (PES) use their name!
