It looks more like WE7 with NEW features than PES3.
The ball is FEVERNOVA and is the right size comparing it to PES3's ball which is TINY!!!
Also the option screen and everything else looks more like WE7.
Even bloody Zico is on the cover!!!

WE7I (Jap) = WE7FE with more languages and more additions than regular FE used to come so that's why there is International in the name instead of FE!
As far as I got this confusion!!! I read it from Zyg's interview!

Japanese is probably the only one worth waiting for (Chinese as well but only if you're Chinese)!!!

Just now from play-asia, Had to set up a paypal account. They should ship it on Feb 20th, and it will take 1-2 weeks to arrive. Courier options, taking 3-5 days, cost nearly as much as the game itself.

So, I'm looking forward to March.
