First thing you do when getting a new PES game??

Not many days left now, soon we will all have are beloved new PES5. But what is the first thing you will do when getting it?

Every year when a new PES game is out me and a mate go in to town together to pick up the game. We then rush home and buy two pepsi cans, put the game in the PS2, wait until the video starts and open our sodas simultaneously and just enjoy the amazing feeling of finally having the best game ever, - again! And then we play an exhibition game, sweden-england,-always the same match.

This is our little PES ritual, do you have any?

When i get the game, the first match i play is tottenham vs man u. Me tottenham and my brother man u. I'm always dissapointed at the stats Defoe, keane and others have though.

wat a buzz u get wen u get the gretest football game ever, again. PES5 is sure goin to be a beuty. First thing im doin is playing arsenal n chelsea. me chelsea.(MUFC till i die). im doin this so i can get to see the new prem kits in action. Also i want to be able to check out lampard and terrys new stats. After that maybe play another couple of matches then to editing. to check out all the new stuff.

I'll probably just look at all the options and see what you can buy in the PES shop first. Then start a Master League!

i will play a few games of my own, check out the stats and the new squads. Then i will invite all my m8s round for a tournament. Usually i dont like pes games at the start, and i think the last one was beter. But after a while of adjusting then i find out the new 1's better.

Same here actually, after a while you realize that the new version is better, and then you love it. =)

All i do is get home. Take the game out of the package, hook up the PS2 to the comp and download the PESFAN Option File, put the game in, watch the FMV, go to exhibition, pick Arsenal vs. Spurs, sort out the Game options, 3*'s, Highbury, Snow (this time round) etc, sort out my team and then just play the game.

From there I usually just play a few more exhibitions before just looking around the game like in the editing mode etc just to familiarise.

3 *s?,thats appauling,anyway i always play Utd v City in a good old derby to get the feel of the game.

Go into town, buy the game. Walk around smugly. Go home.

Get the friends round, start it up. Wait for the gasps.

After a while say: "This is the beginning of something wonderful... again!"

I don't have a ritual as such

.. but i usually first check all the options out and what teams are in the game. I play around 15-20 Friendlies to see any new changes and options then move onto a tournament. I usually don't start a ML until I'm familiar with the game. This year i'm gonna do as before but the day i get it i'm gonna learn as i play with the ML so if i lose a vital game i'll learn from it .. i think this way even though i know its gonna be tough i'll enjoy the game so much more when i suceed.
My ML setup usually is two one for a created team like PES United or WE United with the default players and one with Man Yoo.
When the Konami logo comes on.. theres usually an air of anticipation and then wonderment as the intro comes on..
I have to admit.. when i got PES4 and i started ML i found it difficult.. my older bro still prefers playing on PES3 but i think its because the series has definately got more challenging in stages.. I'll load up PES5 .. and get ready for the long long road to the final!!

I amass as many wen as I can by doing challenge training and a quick euro cup or copa america and get all the classic teams

i think i'll kick back, watch the entrance scene, drink a few beers and then start exploring! i'll definately have to get a maxdrive file for it asap though!!!

Watching the entrance seen for the first time is great,it really gets you up for playing,god i can't wait for pes5.
