First time I saw it while playing against human

So I was playing in MyClub, against human competition, and for the first time I saw how my opponent was carrying the ball and at the same time, he had a white cross on top of a different player and driving it to my goal (without the ball, of course).
How is this possible? Meaning, having control of the player with the ball and also managing the player without the ball and making him run to the goal so it will be easier to get him a through ball.

I already read something about that in the "before match comments" / windows. But it was so diffcult to do that i don't even remember how ;-)
