I had it in my game that at times it would run fast and at times it would run slower, mainly depending on the position of the pitch the ball is. It was annoying me but finally I fixed it. All I simply had to do was change it to 'Windowed' mode. It now works smoothly and goes at the correct speed throughout the match. If you are experiencing similar problems then give this a shot. PES3 is now 100% perfect for me!

Well done! Have you tried changing the setting of your graphics card properties? It you tweak a few options, you should be able to play full screen with out a Fluctuating Frame Rate! Try It.

I tried tweaking my graphics card options. I set V-Sync to off and it ran at a good pace at 1280x1024. But at some areas of the pitch it went extremely fast. For example, at the far side of the pitch the game went almost twice as fast as it did at the near side of the pitch. Now it remains the same everywhere and runs at the exact speed it was meant to. I hope when the final version is released I can play like this in full screen.
