Im enjoying FM2005 so far, but it does seem a little too easy, maybe I shouldn't complain as its better than it being really difficult to win a match with Arsenal but hopefully there will be a bit more of a challenge later on. Im well into the new season now and im still finding it too easy...in the Community Shield Van nOstrilboy scored two in the first 8 minutes 
But Vieira,Henry & Reyes all scored to complete a great comeback. Next game Charlton away i won 2-0, Reyes scoring both. 2nd game of the season was away to So'ton and i won that 5-0 (Henry2, Gilberto, Reyes2). Then O'Leary questioned Arsenal's title credentials so we hammered them 4-0 at Highbury as the punishment for such an idiotic remark!
EDIT: OOPS! the 4th game into the Prem season I keep the same team as the last match for obvious reasons, but im losing 3-0 after 10 minuteS!!! WTF!?? i check my tactics and the computer has kindly put 17 year old flying winger Ryan Smith in goal instead of Lehmann!!! and to make matters worse i quit the game but then realised i hadn't saved since before the Community shield!

well, sneijder is pretty cheap! only costs around 10 million
my first impression:
the cpu are no longer stupid.. what i mean is that when they wanna loan a player from my team, they wanna play 100% of 'this player's' wages. if you change it to 40% they will accept it unlike in cm 03/04, the cpu will withdraw their offer

I am probably about half way through the Beta Demo now, 2nd in Prem with game in hand, Chelsea have played 10 won 9, lost 1 (to me, 3-2 )I have dropped just 2 points so far, 1-1 at Man City..some of the scorelines are a bit on the unrealistic side..

Man Utd 0 - 3 AC Milan
Chelsea 1 - 5 Juventus
PSV 3-0 BARCELONA
ENGLAND 8-0 WALES
but i suppose it adds to the excitement of the game in a way, rather than making it repetitive and predictable. I won 3-2 at the Mestella aswell, with an Henry hat-trick so i shouldn't complain 9 out of 9 pts in CL 1ST STAGE. Henry has reached the 25 goal (inc. internationals) milestone already!

all the games i've played have high goal scoring match... like man city 4 - 4 man utd... was it because of my defenders?
btw, anyone noticed that Feher is in the game??it doesnt make any sense! he died early this year and they havent update the roster! i know it is a demo
