How do you up morale in your squad? As all my team is either poor/okay. This is at the very start of the season (2006 demo). So do i just leave it and it'll change itself. Or can i do something about it?

I think you have to just play matches but i am not sure.

Well I think its beacause your an in-experienced manager. Play and win a few months and see what happens

You'll just have to play a few matches mate, the when you start winning and certain players get good stats their morale will increase.

Thats it. You need to be able to win games and keep the player happy and all that. In FM2006 I think that you're team talks makes you're team do well, im a good team talker, 'cause im still undefeated.

I just finished my Demo game there... undefeated with Man Utd. Excellent game, cant wait to get it

lol that sucks Demo's are annoying, wish it you could play as many seasons as you want but you don't get all features of the game in demo

Started a new season with barca teh other night. Signed Juninho, Sneijder, Carragher, Dede & Gilardinho at the start. The eto got injured and he was my main goalscorer. I seem to score a lot of goals but they mostly come from the midfeild area. So during teh January transfer market i signed Podolski to help try and bag a few more goals in up front, but it doesn't seem to be working

Anyone reckomend a decent formation/tactics for Barca?
These are the players i would usually have in my line-up:-

Motta
Puyol
Xavi
Guily
Ronaldinho
Sneijder
Gilardino
Podolski
Larsson
Deco

Havn't included Eto'o & Juninho simply beacuse they are out injured for the rest of the season.

That could possibly work mate.
Out of the 3 forwards i actually reckon Larsson would score the most as the other 2 are playing allright but not scoring, is really a pain in the arse!

Larsson has been my savior in recent matches though, scoring screamers form 35 yards out so i really should play him more often and leave ou Gilardino who always loses the ball while on teh attack. Gonna try and offload him during the summer, reckon it was a mistake signing him in teh first place.
