Just wondering... i am playing Bolton, and at the moment im in a good run to be honest. Won my scrappy points here and there and caused an upset at Old Trafford. Ive been noticing lately though.. Jussi Jaaskelainen has been very sad of lately. ive done everything i can to cheer the guy up, a contract extension, few days off, first team play always. Still sad. Came up to my mind, if i bought another Finnish player into my team, will that make him happy? Do nationalities within a team affect a player? planning to get Tainio for my midfield backup, and transfer window is coming up. Will that make Jussi happier? If not, wtf is wrong with him? How to make him happy?

Of course it makes a difference. Slowly, problems can manifest within the dressing room, and players can underform consistently. It doesn't always become obvious straight away.
