Excited...didn't know you could carry on with the demo game either, very pleased with that.

Currently West Brom: Lie 9th in the table, semis of the carling cup.

is peter crouch outstanding in any of your fm2006??? he's top scorer in CL and has 14 goals in 14 starts! still only worth 4.7million and stats aren't great. Why the flying f**k is he so good?

Anyone else notice this?

he's so overrated, couldn't believe it when i saw the stats. he's not even a great header of the ball, highly unrealistic
only thing i've really found wrong with the game so far

Well maybe the stats are based on last seasons performance. And lets admit it Crouch was pretty good last season. Like Charles N'Zogbia's stats are pretty crap in this game but this season hes performing well so they will raise his stats in the next game maybe

Doesn't Van Beukering have random stats? I'm not at home so can't check in the editor.

But N'Zogbia has good potential ability, there is a way to see it on the Fm 06 editor. Its confusing but to cut a long story short, young players might look shit but they could be the next Henry.

Zoggy's stats aren't crap at all, they're very reflective... he's a young lad who's played 10 or so decent games.... not as if he's Thierry Henry or anything

True i would say 10 or 11 very good performances hardly a need to boost his stats way up i think his stats are ok give or take a few

im getting this game on Tuesday, cant wait! May i add aswell, the French produce some of the best youngsters in the world, along with the Dutch ofcourse. Have a look at the French u-21's. Worth a look. but since i havent played the game yet, i may be wrong. But i find it unlikely,

He's a sensational player.

Fairly cheap, if you're lucky and Benfica don't bid for him, you can pick him up for under £3 million as soon as he turns 18. He's gone to Betis on my game and is doing well.

Oh, and my United team is ace now.
