At the moment I'm doing a Real Madrid file, in the transfer window I signed Kompany(£7.75m) and Mascherano(£10.5m) and I sold Gravesen(£4m).
This is my formation at the moment,

It was Ramos and Kompany at centre back but they were playing badly so I bought back the experience of Helguera and Woodgat and they are playing well, Woodgate has knocked Terry out of the England team. Beckham has been pretty poor so I am selling him in the January transfer window for £10m to Inter and I am bringing in Sneijder for £11.5m. Zidane got injured against Barcelona and will be out for 4 months so I bought in Baptista who has done a great job. Cassano has been my best player this season, with 4 MOTM in 12 appearances. Ronaldo has 15 goals in 12 league appearances and Raul has 10 in 12.

right, I've set myself up today to eat a cheese and ham butty, with a cuppa and 2 or biscuits, whilst playing FM 2006.
Now, for some fucking reason, it isn't seeing my game, I've done evrything during this fuck up, installed, uninstalled, re-installed etc.. But it isn't seeing it. I've ejected and rejected the disk drive, and I get the little disk icon on my screen in place of the standard arrow. This flashes on and off, then after about 30 seconds, nothing happens.
Help would be appreciated.
PS: Basically it's going: "Please insert disk into drive C" everytime I click on the drive file. Urgh.

Woo hoo...in my Real Madrid game, me, Barca and Valencia were seperated by 2 points. Ronaldo and Eto'o got injured for Barca, and have lost last 3 games. Valencia are a bit tougher but im 4 points ahead. Robinho and Robben have returned from injury, while Zizou and Roberto Carlos announce they are going to retire...got Navas and a few others coming in. May post some screens for you

Just started a game with Kaislautern, signed about 11 players, for a total of 450k, got about 6 players on free transfers, 3 of them from Arsenal, Stokes, Mubuma and Connolly, all playing under 19's, Stokes stats are awesome, 17 pace, 17 acc, 20 finishing, 17 comporse (sp)

Won the UEFA Cup in a magnificant cup run with Palermo, and finished 3 rd in the league by a point. Star results being a 5 - 0 semi final win away against CSKA Moscow. And a 5 - 0 win away in the quater final against Valencia, and I beat Roma 2 - 1 in the final. Roma finished 1 place above me in Serie A.
Starting South Africa 2010 with Italy and scraped through my group of Chile, Bahrain and Sweden:
Italy 1 - 2 Chile
Italy 2 - 0 Bahrain
Italy 1 - 3 Sweden
I scored in the last minute against Sweden and Bahrain scored in the last minute against Chile in the final games. This meant I went throug on goals scored by one goal.
Spain to come...
P.S. Burkino Faso beat Argentina, and England were knocked out in the second round against Scotland.
P.P.S. Scotland just beat Sweden in the semis and are now in the final of WC 2010 to face Italy (me) or Mexico. It has been a dream run, beating England and Germany. WOW

Started another game with Morcambe. I should really learn to get better scouts as they took ages to scout players stats. So I signed them anyway and they were bollocks.
Signed a brand new squad. Won my first two games against Gravesend and Dag and Red, 2-0.
But now I am in deep doo-doo. Jorg Stiel, my 37-year old Swiss keeper(Who looks good enough to play in league 1/2) is injured for a month and my back up Wayne Henderson is on International duty. So I got this keeper Rigby and hopfully he can do well for 1/2 games.
Hoping to sign this Ghanian international for 3k(3 caps would he get a permit?) and Mark Jones is amazing. Scored 1 goal from Centre back postition and has the best avrage rating in my squad. Here is my squad from memory.
GK: Stiel
RB: Whamsley(sp) - Amazing for league 1/2 sides and is only 21.
lB: Forgot his name but 32 year old Gretna player. Pretty decent.
CB: Mark Jones: Fantastic.
CB: Varies but I've got a 29 year old player with decent mental stats and wicked Phiysical(or vice versa)
RM: Roman Vonasek I think. 37 year old who could fit in to a league 2 side as well and scored a wicked free kick on his debut. Signed until 2010.
lM: Need to get a new one and it varies
CM: Scott Mitchell - If you are league 1 or lower, Check thtis guy out. Amazing.
CM: Jamie Hand - Brilliant DM.
ST: Some 37 year old retard. But does the job.
ST: Danny Carlton. 4 in 4(Pre season and league)
Also is there any way of getting a player to reconsider retirement? Jorg Stiel is retiring and I want him for another season. When should I ask him to reconsider?
Signing Grant leadbiter from Sunderland and a 32 year old Swedish guy(Bergstrom I think) in November when his contract ends. Also tried to sign Kenny Deuchar but he didn't want to come to me and Peter Weatherson(4k from Morton. Can get you goals in the Championship even thiugh he is a Natrual CB but an accomplished Striker.) But he went to Peterbourgh.
