Haven't played my Mlan game recently as I had to sort my computer out all last week and didn't put any games on until last night. In that game I'm also managing Bosnia with a different manager and won my opening four qualifiers as well as a friendly against Romania, 3-2. I'm shocked by how well my Bosnia team have played considering the only good players are forwards and the defenders are all very, very young and inexperienced.
I'm Man Utd, currently 14 points clear of Liverpool with a game in hand, season was over by the start of march. Through to semis of champions league against Real Madrid after beating Chelski 5-3 on agg. 3-3 draw at Old Trafford in the first leg was an awesome game then beat them 2-0 at the bridge. Won the league cup, dumped out of fa cup 3-0 by chelski in 5th round. Great season so far, definately the best football manager game yet

I'll talk Rafa, I don't have the game yet as I can't afford it. It was that or tickets to Bloc Party...I think I made the right decision :tongue:. Is it a worthy update from 2006 or is it basically the transfers etc that have changed? I mean are there new features, are they good and that? The most important question of all, Liverpool!? Why aren't you playing as Portsmouth?

07 is much better then 06 in my opinion, more of a challenge, tactics wise, transfers, contracts etc.
The new features are good, pre-match team talks, the player interaction is great, unsettle them then you can sign em.
Also the scouting reports are much more in depth, great idea os you know how good the player actually is.
I reckon you should get it. I'm playing Liverpool as Portsmouth got relgated lol

Sounds like I'll be getting it for Christmas then. hmy: Relegated? Shocking. The game is shit :mellow:. The pre-match team talks sound good, same sort of thing as the half-time ones I imagine?

That's a pretty welcome addition I must say. I'd keep Pompey up :tongue: I'd probably win the league with 'em .

That's pretty sweet, I usually do play as Pompey for quite a while, until I get bored of winning stuff like . Trouble is they are usually under-rated in their ability to sign players to the club, thats a tad sucky.

RB: Johnson/Pamarot/Griffin. (Griffin is just spare, seeing as GJ is injured)
LB: Taylor/Bale.
CB: Campbell & Stefanović/Curtis Davies and Primus (They are the second choice paring)
DM: Davis/Hughes.
CM: Fernandes/Mendes.
LM: Kranjčar/Koroman.
RM: O'Neil/Thompson.
ST: Benjani & Darren Bent. Cole, Kanu and Lua Lua are all back up.
I think Europe or top half is possible.
