football managing games:we're never fully happy are we

has anyone ever had a feeling when you play one football managing game for a long time and then another one of a different title and see the cool features then thought " I wish this game could do that"?

I've had that thought recently when I played Total Club Manager 2004 during the time that I had been playing LMA Manager 2004, the cool thing about TCM 04 is the way that you are able to build rehab centres and language schools for your players and do all the things that you would find in real life.

but I wouldn't trade in LMA 2004 for that though because it does have some really good features and good game play.

maybe its cos after you play a game for so long you just get bored of it and it gets repetitive. im like that with pretty much every game except pes3.

I dont play managerial games anymore. I like to play the game of football and see the beautiful game, not a load of numbers and stats.

personally i love CM03/04 i think it is coz u always set yourself little goals.. and as soon as u finish acheiving those you normally loose interest unless there is a new goal on the horizon..

A lot of people play CM (ahem i mean manger games) and only ever be teams like ManU or Madrid and win the league every year but that's just shite, easy, and boring - If you want a real challenge and find manager games repetative try being someone like Bognor Regis

Well, I started with West Ham after getting bored with Man Utd. It's actually quite good. It feels really weird, like say I declare intrest in a player, they say they very very happy that such a big club is after them. And this is in the 2nd season, I just got West Ham promoted, but I havent played a single match. and you can see the transfers clubs make. L
