Footballs???

i went onto the downloads page and clicked on balls. There are a load of pictures but wot do u have to do with these to get the balls???

ok didnt work lol, once u have saved the picture of the ball wot do u have to change the file name too for it to work cause im guessin u cant do it as a .jpeg

in picdecoder you can only import 2 types of pic, I'd suggest using either of them
another clue might be the balls on my site?

get the image u want to use as the ball, save it as bitmap, open up picdecoder, open the file ball00tex.bin and ball01tex.bin (u will find them in data_e.afs), and select import bitmap, that will replace the original texture. then save the 2 .bin files somewhere. open up afsextract, goto 150pl, 150plauto, 150plautoball, and highlight the 2 .bin files, goto command, import files, select the new balls u edited and saved. done.

or open modcenter and open the ball00tex.bin and the bmp and then insert. ball01 is not used in PES3 PC

To load the data_e.afs and do all the changes that you may want in the game you'll have to use the AFS extract.
