you mean like the wefa cup on master league? although the 3rd and 4th have to play a group first its essentially the same thing

I get annoyed when you take a shot, and the goalie goes to ground to get it, and it bounces off him straight up in the air like 30 feet so he has time to stand up and catch it. Happens relatively frequently in the game, almost never in real life.

Also, when the computer player is running down the middle of the field with the ball going to goal, and he's left all his teammates behind, but your defense is in front of him. If you've already got two players pressuring the ball one of the defenders in front of him and not guarding anyone will not step up and defend him. Even worse is you can't always gain control of one of the idle defenders as it will switch you back and forth between the two players running on the guys heels.

Totally agree on both of these. Although i dont mind the ball going up in the air much.
The one that also really gets on my nerves is when theres a rebound or something to that nature and you have the player that you want but you didnt know that and you hit L1 and accidently switch to another player. At this point the player that you had moving to the ball steps back to his position away from the ball so when you go back to him you're too late and you are not able to get the ball or blast it towards the net. I do play on "manual change player" as well :p.

I still get annoyed that you are not allowed to challange keepers when the ball is in the air. You can try super cancel, but at best, the keeper will punch it away.

The thing that has annoyed me the most since it was first introduced is through passes. Yes they're great for attacking, and I use it myself, but I hate that, despite reading it, defenders will pause for a moment, and let the ball go by. I'm there frantically super-cancelling, but even a fraction of a second can mean disaster.
