Formation and tactics help for Manchester United

Hello,

Could you please help me with picking the right formation which would correspond well with Manchester United team and my style of play ?

I prefer to play on the counter attacks mostly on the center and I like to score from far away instead of wings.

Telling the truth I am a soccer tactic newbie and don't have any idea about the formations. I know that 4-3-3 is good for counterattacks but MU team not appropriate for that formation.

I would be gratefull for any advices.

As MANU, play toward the wings a lot, there is this real life diver who a lot of people hate called C.Ronaldo and he is extremely fast in PES, you should put him to use. For the Left wing use NANI or Giggs with Tevez as an SS and rooney as CF. basically u want to play a 4-4-1-1. Check the arrows of all your players to see where they run to. have Rooney run into the box for every attack and Tevez running around right outside the penalty box for long shots. But again, ronaldo is the key to breaking up defenses.

i play 4-3-3

Forwards: CF (Berba or Teveth) with SS (Roon) behind him. SS inside left (CRon)


MF - 2 CMFs and 1 RMF

I'd have Berbatov CF, just behind him Rooney, give Tevez a free role behind them and stick Ronaldo left wing. Edit it so he's bang on the line between SS and LMF. Make sure you have a good DMF who can mop up the crap. RMF, no need to edit his position.

Leaves you vulnerable but counter attacking is awsome.

park is quite a good player with a fair bit of speed and can score goals if your going to put berbatov in the team make sure u put his stats up before u start master league cause he is crap otherwise if u have von option file there is a created rafael and fabio but u could have the 1.2 update but i dont know what it contains and tevez is quality too

You can't have a United team without Rooney!!!

With you there on Berbatov, but I personally wouldn't alter his stats before ML. Rafael needs a lot of work too.
