Personally i alwsys like to go for a 3-5-2 as it plays to my strengths holding play and outlandish counter attack.

Im just wondering what other people go for?

I do also have a Parma ML with a 4-4-2 formation but the less said about them the better...

I really like to use the 3-5-2 since my defence is really developed in my ML squad. With my other one I use a 4-4-2 or a 3-5-2 depending on the team. And my other new one I use a 4-4-2 diamond. It seems to be the best. But the 3-5-2 is mostly for attacking and what not.

My formation is 3-5-2 cos I try very hard to score rather than defend........ so I put 2 OMF to help my strikers,..........

My strikers is Radsinki and Drogba, is it ok??

I like to play 3-5-2 with the 1 holding DMF and the 2 OMF playing just behind the 2 forwards. I play with Guardiola as my DMF as he's pretty cheap and got great stats, and 9/10 of the time, he wins the headers if they try the long ball.
