Can anyone tell me in which formation Celtic Glasgow plays ???

And could you give me the positions of the players on the field too, the simple starting line up is good enough ???

But when you start Master League you have the 'Konami All Stars' of Castello, Huygens etc so you have to use a formation and strategy suited for them.

When you eventually buy all the Celtic players, which will take a long time (unless you're playing on Easy), you'll still need to play to your own strengths, not the real Celtic team's.

That's what I think anyway.

Agreed but coincidentally Celtic's actual formation is very similar to the formation of the default Master League team which I've always found to work pretty well.

When you start to acquire the actual players, I suggest you go for these first:

Balde and Valgaeren to strengthen the defence
Lambert in midfield
Sutton and Larsson upfront
Hedman in goal

then Moravcik will give you options as either OMF or DMF,
Mjallby - defence or DMF
Agathe - SMF

Sometimes the players originally from the team you have don't want to be bought. What do you do then?

Agathe and Babangida would be useful wingers used together!

i know that i start off with the likes of Castello etc. but when i have got all the real Celtic players I prefer to use the line-up their coach uses. ok sometimes i change it, depending on the game/opponent but most of the time i play like that.

I've played Celtic in ML on normal and extreme.

On normal you should have no problem signing the original players.

On extreme it is more difficult - I managed to get Balde, Valgaeren, Lambert, Sutton, Hedman and Moravcik (have then sold the first 3 to other clubs)

Mjallby and Agathe - got snapped up by other teams

And haven't really tried for Larsson - just offered the default salary points and he refused

And yes Agathe and Babs make a very good wing/SMF combination!
