can some1 tell me how can i remove this green,blue and pink color ?

Open it in PES/WE Graphic Studio, select them colours, and the opacity to 0%, so that them colours are made transparent in game.

You have to set the transparency on that colours. If you use Graphic Studio select the color then set the Opacity to 0%. You can have best results if you set the rgb of the color the same as the nearest color in the image.
