Found a great Option File that is almost complete, but...

Now... the only thing is that I really have no idea about 3 things:

1. Whether it's compatible with DP 1.0 or not.
2. How to install this (When to do Live Update - before or after importing, and if you should import some leagues with ticking the 2nd box or not).
3. Where to get African NTs for this OF - it's the only thing that's missing :/.

Edit: I got an answer from creators about my questions, but it's kinda hard to understand because they used translator:

From what I understand - OF is compatible with DP, so that's great, African teams will come soon (now I got info that they will release it in an hour!!!), and first you have to do Live Update, and THEN import the OF, because I have asked them like this (didn't understand the first time):

"Sorry, I did not understand the first part. I will ask like that:

1. Live Update
2. Importing

OR:

1. Importing
2. Live Update

?"

And they replied with:

"FIRST OPTION"

So I guess we have to Do a LIVE UPDATE, Then import teams from the first folder and DO NOT tick the 2nd box, then import the teams from 2nd folder and TICK THE 2ND BOX, then competitions.

Asian NTs seem to be the only one that has missing stadium and coach pictures, big thing... Most OFs don't have them, and considering it's only the case for the Asian teams, that's pretty good after less than a month from release. I could totally live with it.

And which TEDs you mean are missing? Maybe you mean only for teams that are in the game...

You have some explaining to do... it seems you were lying, because I have sorted all teams and they were all imported which means there were no missing TEDs. Unless you mean for some NTs? Then tell me which ones...

First of all, I don't have to do nothing But you should be careful claiming people to lie...

If you would have checked all the folders carefully, you would have recoginced the same Here are three screenshots where you can see what I mean:

2nd pic shows sweden folder (but you can check any other NT folder which is located in "2 - NAO APLICA ESCALACAO") - there are just the images, but no TED files

3rd pic shows bosnia as an example of an european NT in "3 - APLICA ESCALACAO" - here is the TED file in it - so thes proves, that in the other european NT folder there are TEDs missing

So, you see, I am not lying.
This are just the issues I have recogniced on a rough overview.

I do not judge, if it is a big thing or not.
The point is, kits etc are missing, this is just what I have mentioned.
and of course this year it is really great to have such nearly complete files within a month of the release of PES - I have never denied this.
As I said it before, I just mentioned that there are some things missing and checking before importing would be useful

Some TEDs are just in separate folder, like this one for Sweden, also for some other teams. They import 100%.

I said already, that only Asian NTs are missing kits, managers' photos and some fake players faces, for the smaller teams like North Korea. They have real squads, names etc. and a lot of them - faces too.

That's still the best complete OF out there, about 99,5% is done.

And I have info that V3 will be released next week.

Ok, I have missed the TED folder, my appology

As most of the other compilations of exports this also lacks of a structure which is the same for all fpöders with exports, this is what I dislike and change for myself, so I have a better overview what is inside and what is missing.
Good thing though is the separate folders regarding the application of edited team and player data

If it'S the best of or not is a question of personal taste. I for myself use other files for some leagues and national teams and some of the used emblems are too shiny for my taste.
One issues is there with Erzos Liga MX and the other American Clubs by Emerson - there are sveral conflitcs. If you apply Liga MX first and then the American Teams by Emerson you will not necessarily notice it, but when importing Liga MX back, you will see some Players missing in Emerson's teams. I wonder if someone will fix this issue...

Nevertheless it has already most of the stuff covered, which is good and like I said, it is impressive how fast we can enjoy the great work of all editors.

I don't care about structure of folders xD As long as everything is there, I'm fine with it. And still, it's pretty easy to see what's inside of this OF, I had no problems. And as You said, there would be problems if the american teams were imported first and then liga mx, BUT the structure of this OF handles that well so that they are imported in the right order.

I don't mind if you don't care, but I do, and if someone is going to share an all in one package, it would be nice to put everything in an order that is consistent so it is easy to track what's there and where.
But ok, in the end it's not a big deal.

But you are totally wrong about the conflicts. They remain no matter in which order you import the files, the only thing is, importing the MX first, will not disply the conflicts in an obvious way - meaning, you will not see the conflicts when having a look in edit mode at the teams. But when importing the Liga mx after the other american teams, you will clearly see the conflicts.

If you once again, do not believe, just import those teams in both possible orders and check it by yourself in edit mode. You will clearly see in most of the other american teams that there are players missing - shown as "---".
Those are the ones, that Erzo used aswell for his Liga MX.

I think the real AIO will come with V3 (out next week), but it's still very easy to get everything you need. The first question is - do you want to have Chinese League, plus 7 additional Japanese teams (10 in total, because 3 are in the game), or do you want J1 league? If you want Chinese SL I have the OF that I installed with everything that was released thus far for their OF (had to download other asian, other american and african NTs separately).

Well I found it to work better with some leagues, because when I was checking if "my" OF worked with DP 1.0, then a few more players were in "Free Agents" than with this OF.

It uses better NT exports from someone else's OF I forgot which OF was that.

It has better Latin American teams.

It has Liga 1|2|3 kits.

All in all, it's a better OF than my compilation, for some reasons maybe because the installation makes more sense. Either way, here's download link, it has everything in the right folder, etc. and it has those additional Leagues/folders (African NTs, etc.) that were missing innitially with V2:

1. If I were you, I would make sure there are no picture files in your game, so delete all of them in the in-game menu (literally all of them).
2. Turn off your game and delete your Edit File in your PS4 mass storage menu.
3. Turn the game back on, go into Live Update straight away, it will ask you if you want to create edit data, of course you say "YES" to that and make sure to have the option to update squad data checked.
4. Make a WEPES folder on your pendrive, first copy everything from the folder "2 - NAO APLICA ESCALACAO" into it. Put it in your PS4, import all the teams that will show up, and make sure TO NOT(!!!) CHECK the 2nd box. You don't have to check any boxes for this import at all. Just let it import.
Note that you may get an error first time you import, as soon as it starts almost, I had it at least. What you have to do is simply retry the import and there will be no errors.
5. After it's done, take your pendrive to your PC, delete everything in your wepes folder and put everything from the folder "3 - APLICA ESCALACAO" onto it.
6. Import teams in the game, all of them, but MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE 2nd BOX!!! this time.
7. Let it import and again, delete everything in your wepes folder on your USB, copy everything from the folder "1 - Campeonatos" onto it, import competitions into the game.
8. Go into the competitions structure settings, set bundesliga to 18 teams, Liga MX to 18 teams and JSL to 16 teams. Re-arrange teams so that right teams are in the right league (some "Other European" teams are in bundesliga, and vice versa, some Chinese teams are in other Asian teams and vice versa, and I believe one Argentinian team has the same problem).

I can upload the competition structures pics later if you want so that you will have every league sorted as it should be.
