free kick method

hi. Anybody tried this way of taking free kicks. The position of the ball is just outside the box, usually around the semi circle area. If the goalkeeper is standing on the left, you pick a left footed player, and vice versa on the right. Pick player with high shot power and free kick accuaracy helps also, usually ronaldo, van persie etc. hit the ball at the top corner with square/ x where the goalie stands, put loads of power in it, hold up on the d pad and also press triangle/ y. it works alot of times, the ball just blasts into the top corner, the goalie usually cant stop it cos it comes so hard and fast. Its a good free kick to get in the last few seconds of the match, anyone use it?

i normally press up and then circle for a blaster or down and circle for a weak shot that will just ligltly go over the wall and dip in

once i did this with essien and the goalie managed to knock the ball, but it hit a defender and rolled to the goal... this counted as a freekick goal!!!

I press Square then if I want to curl it left, I hold the left analogue stick to the top left, and if I want to curl it right, I hold the analoge stick towards the top right

For me its the best technique to take free kicks with.

The best free kick method for me is aiming over the wall to the corner where the keeper isn't standing. Use X and fill to half way power, press down on the direction pad and also the A button. This really only works just a few meters outside the area but with practice goes in every time. I find using Ronaldo is easiest to score free kicks with.
