from 30 Yards and minus , use select to get the set up thing going, choose a player who has the best shot power on your team but of couse decent FK accuracy, aim the ball for the top corner . obviously aim to other side of were the wall is, anyway roll the ball with player 2, use bout half the R3 power bar, about half way power with the shooter holding down R1 plus the direction aswell and about 7/10 times its a goal, i've perfected this pretty well now. but thats a gud way to score free kicks

I'm gona share this. but i dont know if this sounds stupid. I'm playing pes4 on PC and using keyboard and loving it.

I dont need anything, just the shoot button and your direction key. Go for the "feel" Don't take more than 10 seconds to get ready, else it gives time for the wall and defence to position. Try to aim away from the wall and use players according. For example, if your at the left of the post, use someone that is power leg right. For the curling. And vice versa. Aim outside the Goal post and usually, half bar is enough. Once you let go, now star holding direction up, and the direction u want the ball to curl. Heres the tricky part. Hold up all the time. And if you want the ball to curly left, tab left rapidly. So its actualy holding up and tabbing left. This way you get a quick shot and even before the goal keeper can response, the ball gets in. trust me! the feel is good. 50% of the time i hit the post and 20% goal keeper punched away, 20% goal, 5% overshot and 5% GOAL, after hitting the post and back down. Try it ! My goal is usually Top right or top left of the post. Never below. Cause i dont know how though! :)

Hope it helps.

i seem to have a better chance of scoring if i use tap the ball to the player method, i beleive this allows a greater amount of power, particularly if you are close in.

Ahh, the old corner, here's my tips.

Have a left footed player take it from the right, and a right footer from the left, its easier to make sense of it that way.

Now, aim for the near post, and as close to the goal as possible, remembering to try and curl the ball towards goal. If you dont score in one, the defence will score an own goal trying to clear it, once perfected, it works nearly every time.

Thank you.

I heard about a corner that worked for me twice. You need to curve it far from goal, and a headrer to the far post, score. It's not easy, but it was a 100% goal in PES3.

Under 20m I use O to shoot !! A little kick on O and then curl the ball, it's very easy (you'll score 75% of the tries). You can even shoot with your goalkeeper =)
