i shouldnt have called it the creeper cos it confuses people but ill explain.
on the location of the map there is a house. i think that house belongs to a man who looks like the creeper from the jeepers creepers films. i granny walks past the road near the house(but u dont actually see him cum out) and then a man appears. he follows her and then kills her then he sometimes cums after u. this is some kool a.i that rockstar have put in for a laugh.

Besides I've seen the same pics. everywhere of that guy and the man who created then said they were fake.
