Game developers have to wait around 2 months for clearance

By my understanding Game developers have to give their demo's in something like 2 months in advanced to get clearance from Microsoft and Sony SCEE and have to be passed by them before they are ready for download on marketplace or Store. Europe has a different waiting time to Japan.

Yes maybe, Konami must of had to give them a build from 2 months ago.
