Game freezes can someone help

Hi
iam having this terrible problem, the game freezes when i try to start a match and i have to end it using the task manager. The menu screen runs ok aim having this problem when i start to play a match also i can hear no commentry no matter how long i wait but the moment i touch the short pass button the game hangs/ freezes although the background chanting is audible.
i ahd played the DEMO of PES 5 and no prob
i have tried to uninstall reinstall the game but no luck
pes 4 runs fine

i really cant seem to understand what the problem when the demo runs fine

my specs are

1.8 ghz 256 MB RAM intel82845g (64 Bit)

i would relly appreciate if someone could help me

yes i've tried that 640 x 480 resolution with low graphics
but same result

well i'm tearing my hair ou over this one
never encountered such a problem
i'll be heading back to the shop where i bought it perhaps they will change it or find a way out

well its an onboard vga

intel 82845g chipset (64 bits)

well iam pounding my head over the fact that the demo runs fine no hitch, even on high graphics a bit slow but overall ok

Game Hangs too

I'm having the same problem too, am it seems weird for me because I have played the game for a couple of months and it runs very fine, no problem at all. I was running with GeForce 4 TI during that time. After that , due to my project, I upgrade my RAM from 512mb to 1.5gb and change my graphic to GeForce Fx 5700. But the problem did not occur until one month later.

When I select Match Mode, it hang during the formation setting phrase and I had to bring up task manager to close it. (PES5 status was Not Responding).

When I select League Mode, it can start the game and it runs fine, until when there is player injury/sometime substitution/go to formation setting screen, it will hang and window prompt an error message and close it after that.

I'm at a lost as reinstalling does not solve the problem, anyone out there with similar problem can help me? Thanks.

im having the same probs it used to work fine then i upgraded from 256 to 512 and it was better then all of a sudden about 2 weeks later all the crashes started i have a radeon 9200 so it should be able to support it

cnt understand what the problem is
