I just downloaded game graphic studio but i don't understand it!

Can someone please give me a simple guide to using it and putting the data on my PS2?

i dont know how to do anything on it and ive seen some really good stuff created on there. I couldnt find a download that had everything perfect so i decided that the only way was to try to do it myself.
