gamepad question

hello
i have just bought 5 days ago logitech rumblepad 2 controller and it is really hard for me to play we8 with it(also pes5 demo)
i am playing also nba06 and its easy with the gamepad
since u need to run in pes most of the time so u need to press dash button and also the directions and than another button and iam loosing it.....
can someone guide me what are the best configuration for this controller and some tips of the easiest way to handle it

Have you not played pes for the ps2?couldn't you set up the controls like that

ps2 is the same as the rumblepad

yes it is fine
but also i need some tips how to get used to it after so many long years with keyboard....

thanks alot for the efforts
the buttons is not the main issue the real problem is that it is just very strange for me to play with the gamepad after alot of years with the keyboard,but with nba live 06 i am playing well without any problem
if i can get some info about for example what is better to use the direction buttons or left analog stick for movment?
what button is the best for dash?
all the manual pass stuff -is it really needed since with the keybaord i couldnt use so many buttons and now i have the option
does the right analog stick is only for tricks or it is also helps with the ball spinning/direction?
and so on and on.......
