i'm from britain and my internet provider is tiscali
okay, i dont know that provider, but call your internet provider and ask them that you want to access your home net work from your pc, they will give you that one and probablthe user name and pass, then go to dives( Connected Devices Summary), then try to turn your ps3 or ps2 on to get online., when you connected, come back to your pc and check what os the IP address of that game cosole( write it some where)
then, on the same network page you need to find some thing that says :"Port Mapping Setup" or some thing like that.on the empty sapces put " UDP Ports: from 5730 to 5739" and on the other empty sapce that needs your IP address put the one that you already wrote down, Hope it will work for you too.( it happened to me a year ago and i did the same it fixed!)
but if you still not sure iwill attach the file below from technical suppot!!!this the one below..............
Question:
When I try to enter the network mode I receive an error message (UDP port error)
Answer:
If you receive an error message that you are unable to connect to the server, it means that you have one or more ports blocked on your internet connection, either by your Internet Service Provider, or if you are using a router, by your modem with router function or firewall software.
If the Router you are using is compatible with UPnP, please make sure that the UPnP function is enabled. Please disable any firewall/antivirus program on your pc. Also disable the Router’s Firewall function and make sure the following ports aren't blocked by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and are open on your router (refer to the Router Manual in order to this):
TCP Ports: 80, 443, 8800-8899, 14020
UDP Ports: from 5730 to 5739
