Goal of the Month - £50 Top Prize!

PESGaming, in association with ConsoleGoals.com bring you our first Goal of the Month competition in over a year! This first competition is a little different to your standard GOTM's, in that it is in fact Goal of two Months. You have until April 30th to get your goals in. We will then select 6 finalists, with members voting for their favourite.

The Rules

- Score the best goal you can on the hardest difficulty
- Record your goal as a movie file on your PC
- Submit your goal to www.consolegoals.com
- Post your goal in the GOTM forum as a new thread, which can be found here

The Prizes

The winner will recieve a 50 pounds gift voucher from their favourite online retailer, with a runner-up winning a copy of the Official PES6 Guide (more information on the guide at Amazon).

I have a few questions....

1. Are there any constraints to which option file you use?
2. Is it possible to use your Master League team?
3. I presume the goals have to be scored between now and the end date? ( I only ask this because I scored probably one of my best ever PES goals a little while ago)

Sure it does mate. Hence why hitman's put '- Score the best goal you can on the hardest difficulty' under the rules. I would enter this like, but that thread suggests two options, TV Card and a DVD recorder (Which is in the other room). But I'm looking forward to seeing some quality goals.

this is fantastic, I remember we tried this ages ago but not enough entries... eventually faded out. Since then there's a lot more members and video is much much easily available online thanks to sites like youtube... Will try to enter however I'll have to load em off the ps2 through a video card

How can it be determined whether you score the goal on hardest difficult if you simply record the goal? I'm sure they'll be some 'cheater' out there trying to score goals on the easier difficulties..

And also, can you post as many goals as you like?

we cannot categorically tell if it has been done on the hardest difficulty, but we have the ConsoleGoals & PESGaming have the final say as to who the 6 finalists are

Then, we leave it you all to decide who is the winner by way of a poll.

plus you can kinda tell, when you score goals on 1-3* you can usually see the defenders at a stand still or running in the wrong direction

Sure, but we'd like people to be honest about the date it was scored. You can prove this by recording the goal from the moment you load (so the memory card details are seen).

fair enough I suppose, sadly people will edit it but who cares, it's still a great idea and I imagine it'll be v successful
