hehe... jorgensen is a midfielder, his name is Sørensen :)

anyway, old post.

About the Denmark thing Zyg. I also beat Denmark easily, but for some reason i am also extremely good with Denmark. I dont think Sørensen is a bad keeper have had him a couple of times, and he always impresses somewhat. The keeper i am least satisfied with is Khan as he always has these insanely high long kicks, him and kelsen :D.

Not a big gripe seeing as i often throw it. but still.

foxinthebox, That's good english so don't worry!
When I play as AC Milan, I always play Rossi too.

Denmark are a strange team. Must rely on player form a lot or something.

I'm currently looking for a good keeper so I bought Buffon to check him out.

Thanks but I need someone non classic as I am trying to play with a limit of three in my team at once.

So far my absolute favourites in goal are Buffon and Toldo, they seem a class above the others, especially Buffon 1-on-1

I don't rate classic keepers that much anyway, all their stats are good, but they just don't deliver. In the cases of Yashin and Jennings, they seem to make some dire cock-ups regularly. I think the only decent performance-wise classic keeper is Illgner.

I prefer to stick to keepers like Toldo, Van Der Saar, Chilavert, Rossi, Dida and Buffon - the six best in the game IMO

Just out of interest Zygalski, how have you gone about choosing which three classic players and who? One from each outfield position or just your favourite/most effective?

At the moment I am using:
Koeman Riijkaard or Beckenbauer in CB depending on form or fitness (great at interceptions and passing plus Koeman scores loads of headers at corners),
Pelé at OMF (great at general passing, assists and scoring),
Van Basten at CF (almost always shooting on target).

Also have Gullit as backup. Shame he's down down to play in defence as well as IRL he could play everywhere!

I always thought he was more of a LIB/SW than an AMF.

Are you not a fan of Maradona? I seem to find him as the heart of my team!

Yeah, I had Maradona in my last ML team but this time I went for Pelé and he's been great.
Maradona's wages are high too but it's a good idea to have him as backup for Pelé.

Now where's that cheque-book gone to.....

Mmm...lot of good keepers....nice...but i'll think i'll stay with Casillas and Cesar as backup...maybe i'll buy Robinson as 3rd keeper...

kiraly is the hertha berlin keeper.
im curious to know how the new master league in pes3 will work because more clubs means less FREE LANCERS.

Yeah it's a pain but it does make it more realistic. Some of the players you can get for free in PES2 are ridiculous.
