Witchfinder General
I've just got a Wii and though its great I find myself playing Freedom Fighters a lot with my bro on it. Its a fucking brilliant game for those who don't have it, a real hidden gem, and the multiplayer is fantastic. One is the Soviets and the other the Americans, and you can recruit up to 8 AI characters who you can order about. You take bases and try to raise the flag and defend it, but its all out war, and with the ragdoll physics its seriously funny stuff when you blow a whole load of guys off the top of a building with a rocket launcher. Highly recommended but only problem is it has no co-op. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like a planned sequel will ever materialize.
Anyway I really like good offline co-op games, and to a lesser extent competitive ones but only if you can have bots or lots of AI team-mates you can order about. I've got San Andreas, the Warriors (the best), Star Wars Battlefront, Timesplitters, Conflict series and some more, but I need some suggestions on good war/shooting games that fill the above quota. I have a PS2, Gamecube and Wii, no X-Box unfortunately, which looks like it has some good ones that I'd like.
But I'd recommend FF to anyone, get a few mates round (4 player) and its top fun.
