Ovchinnikov is a nice goalie. Played a few times with him, and he's a decent keeper.
Cecadoz? If you mean Ceballos or Cevallos, the keeper of Ecuador, he's quite good

Udinese has indeed some nice cheap players, think of Jorgensen, De Sanctis, ...

Try Cygan (Frenchy from Arsenal) as CB (he's got good heading for corner kicks and gets all the balls while defending).
Try also Pedretti (DMF, substitute in French team). Gets many balls in the feet and passes precisely. My preferred. He is young but captain of Sochaux (not in PES3) east of France, 5th in French League.
Already quoted as CF and i confirm: Lucky (Nigerian from Marmara-Kiev) and Slimcasila (Souleymane Camara, Azur-Monaco). Definitively good. I used them on the wings.
Note that Henry Camara (great with Senegal at 2002WC) is Annecasila, not Slimcasila. Can only be found in Senegal team.

I'll have a look at Pascal Cygan. Often play with arsenal, but with campbell and keown as CB. I'll give it a go with Cygan. Same thing for Pedretti.
Lucky and Slimcasilla are great (as mentioned before and like you said)

his a good player in the game but his to slow. If pes4 comes out he'll should be faster just like in really life his got a little bit of pace.

you could just edit him to make him more realistic.

I agree with the lucky statement, though with me he is prone to missing sitters. Another player i rate is mwurarani...i think thats his name...i signed him, was quite good, but cant remeber the price.

Played a couple of games with Tottenham. Good team, with some nice players, like Keane, Anderton, Sheringham, Acimovic, Freund, King and Gardner. But there was one player I never heard about, Etherington, who surprised me playing as left SMF. Really nice player

Hejduk and Ojigwe, from Bayer Leverkusen. Both can play as right SB/SMF and they rock. They are very fast, can dribble, ... What do you want more, when attacking is your way of playing football :D

Silly reason to me :D. Classy player, and you get rid of him. I bet you had a big offer from AC Milan, Juventus or Real Madrid that you couldn't resist. So you let your key player go... ;-)
