The players you guys discussed above are pretty expensive.
My master league team has only Japanese and Korean players. The most expensive one is Korea's Lee Young-Pyo who costs 198 salary points.

Suggestions:

Korea:
Ahn Jung-Hwan (CF)
Cha Du-Ri (WF)
Lee Chun-Soo (WF)
Seol Ki-Hyeon (CF)
Song Chong-Gug (SB, $180?, can play brilliantly in midfield)
Lee Young-Pyo (SB, $198, same as Song C G)
Yoo Sang-Chul (DMF)
Cho (CB, only 81 bucks)
Choi (CB, height=187cm, 99 bucks only)
Kim Tae-Yong (CB, Left-footed, can play LSB brilliantly).
Lee Won-Jae (GK)

Japan:
Yanagisawa (CF)
Takahara (CF, use the $100 one)
Suzuki (CF)
Nakata Hideoshi (OMF, use the $100 one)
Ono (OMF, $100)
Nakamura (OMF, Left-footed, great FK skills)
Inamoto (DMF, $100)
Akita (CB)
Narazaki (GK)
Kawaguchi (GK)

Then my master league team already has 21 players.
Cheap and good!
A great deal of money can be earned even for a scoreless draw.
With this lineup, it should win you almost every game in D2 even in 5 stars.

Expensive isn't a problem :D . They just have to be good and 'unknown'. But hey, the cheaper they are the better.
I already had a look at those players, and I have to admit, some of them are great. Lee Chun Soo, Seol Ki-Hyeon, Song Chong-Gug and Lee Young-Pyo are good. I'll have a look at the rest too.
Nakata and Ono are excellent with their teams Parma and Feyenoord, but the ones in the Japan team even don't come close to their stats. Or am I wrong

I agree with Marijuana Iguana - all fictionals edited and out of the way - best others though, and still playing in D1 are De Vlieger (GK), Pikaebea - good FKs (SB/CB) Hakan Unsal (esp' cos he can play SB when you have small squad), Lee Chun Soo (naturally) and Kapo (good allrounder)

I know he's not unknown, but Viduka was my first (and probably my best) signing, and continues to be excellent - but dont often see him recommended by anyone.

Hakan Unsal and Lee Chun Soo are great players. Hakan Unsal is brilliant in fact, and can play SB, as well as SMF. Lee Chun Soo, to be a Korean, he's very nice.
To me, De Vlieger isn't that great. Kiraly for exemple is way better.
I'll have a look at Pikaebea and Kapo one of these days.
Viduka, is class, but not really unknown I would say :D

I can't say Kapo is unknown either. Several caps for the French national squad, after all.
And Kahn... yep, "pretty fair", LOL!!!!

i found a pretty fair goalkeeper, his name is Khan or Kahn and he plays at Bayern at the start

Thats funny. if it is meant to be a joke. If it is sincere it's even more funny. I found this pretty unknown right midfielder the other day who scores a lot of free kicks. David Peckham or something like that :D

A pretty fair goalkeeper called Kahn. Sorry dude, but where have you been living the last decennia :D . Like Mambo said: if it's meant to be a joke, it's funny; if it's sincere, it's even more funny :D . Already heard about Toldo and Buffon, but Kahn, mmm, naaaah :D.
And David Peckham... Men... Never heard about him bro :D

Keep up the good work! :D

I have bought Chevanton and Agahowa, two fairly cheap but good forwards, very quick and strong runners.

Zaga - no idea who he is. If it's the Brazilian defender Zago, then he plays for Besiktas, but they're not in the game. So I'm stumped on this one.
Besiktas aren't in the game, correct, but Zago is. You can buy him in the player shop. ;)

(this might have been mentioned - i haven't read the whole thread yet)

Aghahowa is a great player, on the game (fast, can score goals, nice celebration :D ,...) and in real life. Now playing for Shaktar Donetsk, but I think he'll be moving soon, to a top team. Young and talented!
Chevanton, I've noticed him on the game. I'll take a look at him. But I can't remember in which team he's playing though.

Yes, being a korean, Lee Chun Soo is brilliant.
Haven't played Jorge Soto, but I will one of these days.
By the way, isn't he from Peru??

I'm sure it's somewhere in this thread bu most of the Korean side are well worth getting when you start off. Ahn Jung-Hwan, Lee Chun Soo (as you mentioned) and Cha Du-Ri are excellent buys.

Francisco Arce ... BRILLIANT! That guy can do everything with a ball. Right SB, can defend well, good at attacking, very good at passing, and can compete with beckham when it comes to long balls and freekicks, well as the matter of speaking :D . He comes very very close.
2 words: Buy him! Pure class
