I earned frickin 600,000 for a seasonal event for becoming 2nd place (I think the circuit was Eiffel Circuit) and the funny thing is the prize money is actually higher than what it says before you start the race as if they double your cash

Just earnt something like 126k from one race.

In special events -> grand tour then the second one from the left is a Ferrari race.. win that and you get loads of cash plus your bonus on top too.

If memory serves, the ferrari race at Monza is pretty easy, certainly the easiest of that bunch.

You've got the award multiplier (included in the last upgrade I think). Works wonders to boost cash.

I didn't realize special events were dishing out that kind of money. Fick had been mentioning to go there but I was thinking 9k instead of 3k as a difference, not 100k+.

Hey - just to double check -after I race modify a vehicle can I manipulate anything on it or not? The basis of this question is if we all race the modified honda civic are we all racing the same exact spec vehicle?

You can improve the performance further on them, yes. But certain changes can't be undone.

For the sake of fairness, it's better if we restrict changes to set-up only, not adding anything performance enhancing.

You can't buy any additional parts, but you can tune it in all the other ways possible (that is, you can adjust the transmission, limit the power, add weight, adjust suspension and add downforce).

You can get further engine upgrades Nifty, like on the Cappuccino for example.

I meant our regulations stipulate you are not allowed to buy further parts, once the car is modified.

You can, however, make modifications to any of the parts fitted in the car once it has been race-modified, which includes suspension, transmission, etc.

I would call that the rules right there. Because I said so.

those are good rules - just wanted to be sure. didn't want to get hole shotted when the entire Club changes their transmission and I am on stock racing mod.

I was thinking could we do a weekly/monthly time trial league. We could all agree on cars and track then the the window opens (Say Sunday-Sunday). Every time you beat your fastest time you could put it up here and we put it in order with the 1st post keeping track of fastest times. Then when the window shuts you put the times in order and each position gets so many points.

For Example:

1st - 10

2nd - 8

3rd - 6

4th - 4

5th - 2

6th - 1


Then 7th plus gets nothing.

This means a lot of people who can't join the races still can join as it's spread across a week and theres no set date and time that everyone has to be on.

Yeh you need to get the Civic and Race modify it. Check the other thread to make sure you get the right civic. It costs about 130k to buy and modify it.
